Modern thinking company, great aim towards the cloud. Fresh and innovating mindset

Cons

In house (local ) management lack proper manager skills. They have no clue about leadership skills and motivation. The floor makes the effort and they take the credit.

Great product development especially for the installed customer base. Great colleagues

Cons

No career development and top performers are not being recognized. Very poor local management who only seems to care about their own commission and not the staff. Hopefully it's different in other regions.
