The company hires good people and it is a great place to learn and start your career surrounded by talented people.

The company is a good place to start, but offers very little to no career advancement, employee reviews and pay increases are little to none.

Big company, as you expect slow to change. Set in their ways. Micromanagement happens a lot.

Pros

Cutting-edge infrastructure and platforms. Diverse products. Forward-thinking leadership who want to do the right thing.

Cons

Silos in the organization and lack of unification. Lots of legacy software products. There are a lot of slackers in the trenches, who play politics and do the least amount of work, while complaining the loudest. Low-skill individuals(engineers, admins) in this hyper-competitive era, who could not code if their life depended on it are dragging the organization down.
