      Overtime required without adequate notification. HR has changed a lot of the policies. There used to be a lot more positives prior to a year ago.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      They lie to get people to apply, hired on and get a month or two in. Their metrics are a joke and not to be trusted. Their HR will not get back to people. They claim to be military friendly, and they are not. Horrid company.

      This company decided to open a call center in Manila to “help lesson our load” by doing tedious tasks so we could focus on deadlines. For weeks- we trained them (although many didn’t speak English well), allowed them to shadow us, screen shared etc. Shortly after we completed training them- they had a mass layoff letting some people go who had been there for 10+ years. So this company used their current/loyal employees to train the new employees and as soon as we were done and no longer valuable to them- layoff. They tricked us, used us, and lied to us just to give them our jobs and pay them less.
