Things have definitely gone downhill since the two companies merged. Supervisors are left out of the loop most of the time as well as employees. Raises are only yearly and barely 3% if you’re lucky. A lot of layoffs since June while they hire more and more foreigners to do the same job for less pay.

Horrible pay, poor management, ridiculous productivity expectations, no community, etc..
