Cons

Lowish pay Communication is poor and confusing Nearly unforgivable rate of error. Mistakes are kept strictly on a list even when doing 900 cases a week. 3 mistakes will get you in trouble....3 mistakes a month out of around 3600 emails

Work from home, nice supervisors, job is understandable with the right training.

Cons

Pay, have to work yourself to the bone for bare minimum bonuses given every 3 months, underappreciated, can be excessive overtime (we did 16 hours per week for months at one point), so many changes in upper management,
