Pros

Flexible, great trainers, great supervisors. After merge, pto building from day 1. Benefits for full-time employees. The supervisors work with you and work their hardest to stand for their teams. Very team-focused. Not on camera all the time.

Cons

With the merge of two companies came a more corporate feeling to the company. Much less transparency with expectations and policies. Close quotas were unrealistic.
