Enjoy working from home. Get paid for mileage when driving to the courts, which is not how it was previously. Small teams. Independent work.

Cons

Low pay. Boring. Decision makers disconnected from average employee.

I have the ability to work remotely.

Cons

The pay doesn't align with the job duties, responsibilities, and expectations. A lot of people here are working a second and third job to survive. HR is rude and disconnected from whats really going on, and how to make things better. There is no accountability or integrity from top to bottom here. The merger created a toxic culture. A lot of people have moved on. Being owned by a private equity firm should tell you all you need to know. If fast food places are paying the same or more than this company, that's a problem.
