I really enjoyed working here and the people were great!

The job duties were easy. I liked the hours I worked and the flexibility. The people I worked with were friendly and helpful.

Cons

They switched to a new system that made it harder to meet quotas. The system was easy to use but quotas were based on how many closes were made within a shift. Most of the time we'd get sent to voicemail without speaking to anyone directly, which makes it impossible to close a case.
