Unorganized, Nonsensical, bit of a joke post-merger
Pros
Remote Positions, No overmanaging , Pretty simple job responsibilities
Cons
Not Organized ; Different supervisors spreading different instructions and information Have to constantly keep track of any and all work you do, otherwise supervisors love to misunderstand or misrepresent performance metrics ; broken promises from pre-merger, lots of guarantees' went up in smoke when the whole company got shuffled No common sense used amongst management, phone systems go down for extended stretches during company wide switch? still responsible for meeting the exact same metrics as if you had a full work day to do so. Supervisors and upper-management incredibly underqualified, as the only requirement for those positions is making it through their 3 month probation period Pre-merger there was tons of talk about the ability to move up in the company, post-merger you'll be lucky to find an occasional lateral move available. Incredibly low pay versus comparable positions
