Pros

Remote work with company-provided equipment. Great colleagues Team mentality in the trenches

Cons

Leadership does not appear to be concerned about the employees. Horrible potential for growth, and who would want to be a supervisor when they get paid a tiny bit more to take on at least twice as much work and responsibility. Pay is insulting at best, and raises are only merit-based (and small) with no regard to inflation and cost-of-living. Training period for new employees is too short for what they are expected to learn. Expensive benefits that are not worth the premiums (high co-pays and deductibles). Leadership takes surveys about employee engagement, satisfaction, and ways to improve these, but they do not act on any of the suggestions. Leadership appears to underestimate the intelligence of the operations-level employees by sending out emails that claim to demonstrate a commitment to transparency and employee satisfaction while these emails are merely thinly veiled ego-strokes and complaints about said employees. While the company provides equipment, said equipment often arrives broken in some way, be it skipping mice, keyboards that do not work, monitors that refuse to power on, and missing or damaged cables. The IT team has a few good eggs. The others on the IT team do not seem to understand the meaning of urgency, nor do they appear to understand 85% of the programs we use, nor even how to give permissions for programs, apps, and websites. The employees are expected to navigate their jobs with ill-organized resources and instructions. Leadership claims to be focused on quality, but the quotas are so high that it is nigh upon impossible to meet them without mistakes slipping through the cracks. There are bonuses and incentives for exceeding quotas. These are meager to begin with, and once someone reaches that goal, it appears that leadership scrambles to raise the goal in order to avoid having to pay out again.

Cons

*No real upward mobility *Extremely repetitive work, it can get very boring *Fairly strict accuracy and speed goals that you will be held accountable to *Very poor benefits *Low pay

Pros

Remote work for most positions and hybrid for others. The only employees in office are at the GA and VA office. Remote/Hybrid work could help with work life balance. Typically it is easy to take time off or adjust your schedule.

Cons

Supervisor workload is unrealistic for pay and there is no indication of pay increases going forward. The training is inadequate for frontline employees and management. Which puts a strain on how work is consistently done. There is consistent overtime in some areas which leads to burnout for team members. Supervisors engage in gossip about their coworkers and team members which creates a toxic and untrustworthy environment. This undermines the morale of their team members and coworkers which is already low. The executives do not seem to care about the their domestic employees the same as their international Manila employees. Favoritism is shown to some employees so they do not receive disciplinary action for things other employees are reprimanded or terminated for. Management will mislead you about potential training/promotional opportunities that never materialize. The company lacks recognition for work being done which affects morale of team members and supervisors. The company is not unified at all. With most of the employees being remote this is a hinderance for forming working relationships with coworkers in the company. There is a constant fear of termination for frontline employees and supervisors due to reoccurring layoffs. There was a merger in 2022 and then most of the executive management was replaced in 2024. The company does not seem to have a firm grasp on where they want the company to go and the employees feel it. Executives are rarely able to effectively answer or address the concerns of the employees.

Pros

Fully Remote - no commute Flexible schedule

Cons

Started with WSS and stayed through the merge to InformData. Training is different from when I was first trained, but it can be vague and not fully prepare you for live work. Once you become fully trained/cleared, you are heavily relied upon and end up doing a lot of the work others do not want to do, while others pick and choose. This is due to lack of organization in many areas. Communication is almost nonexistent, not just through individual teams but the company as a whole. Received a raise after a year but it was a couple of cents added to my already small hourly salary. They do have quarterly bonuses. The downside to these is you have to go far above and beyond to obtain them. It appears there is little to no advancement in the company from this role, so I do not recommend this to someone looking for a career path. In regards to supervision, it heavily depends on luck and who you are assigned to. Beware some supervisors are very condescending with an almost god complex, while others are kind and genuinely want to help you succeed. Yes there is flexibility with schedule and working from home but it is a desktop set up, not a laptop so it is not fully flexible. Beware the "busy" times of year, as they are not afraid to impose mandatory overtime of upwards of 16 hours a week. Yes it's paid but if you're like me and actually want a weekend, 10 hour days are grueling. Even then you might be doing hours on the weekend. If you have high levels of persistence like me, then go for it but with caution and low expectations.

Pros

Work from home, nice supervisors, job is understandable with the right training.

Cons

Pay, have to work yourself to the bone for bare minimum bonuses given every 3 months, underappreciated, can be excessive overtime (we did 16 hours per week for months at one point), so many changes in upper management,
