Pros

I have recently joined Informatica, Bangalore. After working more than a decade in US I was looking for a space which is open and transparent yet warm and conducive to let your creative ability drive your daily work. I am glad to have found the right spot for the same.

Cons

I have not come across the cons yet, probably after spending a year I can write more on the same.
