Not a good company to work for...

Pros

Free lunch food Doctor facility too

Cons

They put people into PIP(Performance Improvement Program) so easily (in R&D) No work life balance Managers are not technical(mostly people manager) Favouritism is quite high So many good people left and it created a void

Ilabs B2B team - Informatica

I have worked for quite a decent time in IT industry. Informatica Ilabs India and especially my team B2B team is really good place to work. Some of the reasons i can count are: No politics- for work,promotion or whatso-ever Worklife balance Continuous Learning Good products to work and build skill set- Cloud, onPremise, Big Data Good teammates Support from Manager,Directors Complete control over product features Free food Team Dinners are very often Knowledgeable manager and directors who know about product in-depth Decent Pay

Cons

Shuttle service should be free like other mid-size MNC's Company car lease policy is not at all good With recent changes equity shares are gone
