      1) Product based company (does not require explaining here) 2) Speedily adapting to the changes in the market and moving towards cutting edge technology 3) Very good pay than IT services companies comparing work life balance 4) Recognition of experience 5) Must work if you have experience on Informatica products, builds confidence as we are able to relate things 6) Flexible and process oriented 7) Great office environment and you get a chance to connect with leadership directly in person 8) Great opportunity to rise in the ranks

      Cons

      1) While working with GCS you have to concentrate on one product as a team (personally you can learn on your own) 2) Exposure to entire product is little difficult, but then possible 3) Team collaboration lacks in GCS as you are solo warrior, individual performance parameters are same for all
