Its great to see that you are experiencing the culture we aim to provide - that of an inclusive one. While you say its inclusive, it is obvious that we make an attempt to involve people globally. In a scenario where there is joint responsibility, the specifics of ownership are called out. If you feel, there is something better we can do or something needs to be fixed, please feel free to write to your VP or our Chief Product Officer directly. I am sure if there is room for improvement, we will certainly like to fix it.
