Previously it was great company to work for before Amit took over, post then its just downhill ride
Cons
1. There are power groups within infa, who maintain their own group of people, promote them rest are either laid off in sometime or never promoted 2. Salary are way below market budgets have been slashed 3. No Job security, You can be laid off any day, 2 layoff in single year is all you need to know about this company. 4. Lot of Politics, outdated product, Stocks going down, leaders left
