Pros

The cloud has sent major sets of data everywhere. A leader in data integration and MDM, the company has a really unique opportunity. Management always trying to do the right and best thing. Very interested in the growth and satisfaction of its people. Open, collegial, team-oriented, committed.

Cons

The strategy could be clearer, but it seems we are working on it consistently.

Pros

Full support throughout the organization to help you with daily challenges. Values that are lived by that you can feel within the whole Org. Perks like car program, newest tech gadgets (IPhone 5s/6, MacBook if wished...) Office culture is open and inviting to be creative and focus on important things rather than do micromanagement

Cons

Few management changes that have been ongoing over the last years due to restructuring and growth of the organization needs adoption and flexibility from employees.

Pros

Be in the front row of technology with the market leader. Hard-core consultancy experience with great level of independence (no layers of mid to high level managers for the sake of it). Most of the internal applications are self-serve and cloud based making it easy for doing everything by yourself and on-the run. Great client base, challenging technical & solution landscape. Great support from global teams and leadership putting technology and brand at the top.

Cons

Rapid self phased skilling up
