Very tech driven with lack of go to market strategy. Too many processes for sales management that half the time mgmt didn't utilize in Salesforce. Some managers didn't have a clue how to manage a team and more spreadsheet focused.

I working for the past 1.5 years in IT , had no good experience so far, seen changes every week month ... Engineers asked to leave, managers were asked to leave, Director was asked to leave, and now VP is moving out .. can there be anymore worse can happen .Cant plan anything while i am here .Management talks something and does somethin else, complete chaos in daily work. anybody close to managment can speak whatever he wants. instability is not new it seems in IT it was like this for many years. Entire IT org has changed in last 3 months. Read and think before you take a decision ever to join here. 50-60% people have left IT in last 6 moths.
