      Pros

      - Nice environment - Nimble setup with flexibility to give ideas and actually implement them - Large majority of the people are easy to work with and humble

      Cons

      - Internal resources (collateral, people, processes) can be much better organized - Slow expansion in the number of headcount (the common phrase is so-and-so is very tied up) - Some technical folks are not very competent in terms of solution

      A Company with Leaders that Cares

      Pros

      Informatica is very family oriented, the work life balance is beyond compare and their compassion and care for their employees is above anything else I have experience else where. They respect you as a person and as an employee and trust that you will get the work done; it truly is a two way street. The Executive team is approachable, humble, down-to-earth and relatable people who are true leaders who understand that by focusing on the care of their employees the business succeeds ten-fold.

      Cons

      Meals are subsidized, however it would be nice to be free. Workplace generation is on the higher end in corporate location.
