A large pool of very talented, committed people; above average compensation; above average benefits; opportunity to progress into many different areas; a team of support staff committed to making the working environment as safe, comfortable and pleasant as possible and investment in employee development is significant. Excellent products to sell that customers really like and a great network of partners.
Cons
Quite siloed so frustrating at times; under-investment in some infrastructure particularly in areas that are deemed to be strategic; need to empower some regions as the company grows and matures instead of keeping everything at corporate level. Company is struggling to change the market perception of it as a Data Quality and Data Integration vendor into the reality which is much broader.
