      Pros

      I have been with the Company for close to 10 years - In that time, my role has grown from a Manager, with limited responsibility, to a global role. The company offers great opportunities and growth. There is a high degree of trust and autonomy. People are friendly and really want to help others achieve!

      Cons

      This is a high-growth environment and people need to recognise that there are downsides to that in terms of the commitment required!

      Relatively flat structure, open doors and lots of opportunity. Small enough for individuals to be able to contribute and have access and exposure to senior management Big enough to be a major player in the market

      Cons

      Usual problem of a US-owned company in that it sometimes forgets that not all markets are the same as the US.
