      -Company with high financial success -Work with top firms in the world -Implement business solutions with cutting edge tech -Supportive management and peers -Great career prospects and opportunity for advancement -Autonomy to take control of day to day and career -Great benefits and time off -Leadership is very transparent about expectations and company status/direction

      -Work is difficult, and self starting and motivation is a must (not con, but a requirement)
