      Cons

      Lots of (positive) disruption and changes across the business - all happening at the same time - means it can be hard to catch your breath! However, this is part of the growth strategy and will position us to scale well into the future.

      Used to be a nice place to work

      Pros

      This company is in the right space and you can learn a lot here

      Cons

      - The new management is doing a pretty job of managing and motivating its employees. There is big talk and the employee is expected to go the extra mile for every little thing, but the management is doing little give any clear direction and backing up its resources where needed. Management only seems to be worried about matching management numbers & metrics, - Also the quality of products coming out of the QA/R&D teams leave a lot to be desired and there are constant bugs being patched on the newer products.

      Need to be an old timer to succeed

      Work life balance. Best if you are into slow paced lifestyle.

      Cons

      All the development happens in India and the company does not even try to establish processes to share knowledge with people outside India. On boarding programs are virtually non existent. Inexperienced management.
