Pros

Staff culture is welcoming to newcomers, Compensation is competitive Good benefits package/onsite gym/Free breakfast and coffee etc. Facilities are new and nice

Cons

The company feels pretty old blood for being in tech, but promoting a younger feel- so theres a bit of tension there, C-levels plans are not often transparent Redwood City is a bit stuffy If you're not working directly with the product, you are kept in the dark about what exactly it does.

Solid company with 25 years of history. Premium products being listed on Gartner magic quadrant. Great customer set. Poised for rapid growth in the cloud on subscription. Enterprise Cloud Data Management Leader driving data-driven digital transformation.

Cons

It's a smaller outfit to work at versus some large MNCs. Good company size.

Informatica is a great place to work at. I enjoy my working relationship with my colleagues. Everyone is kind and fun to work with. I enjoy conversations I have with the leadership team. They are very approachable. My boss and teammates are my little family. We mesh well together and focus on making sure each candidate has a great candidate experience. You can feel the energy of everyone having the drive and motivation that makes Informatica very successful today!
