      Great Place to Work, Grow and Learn

      Pros

      Solid 2-week ramp-up, the great management team who are available to help and coach at any time, an amazing collaboration between teams and coworkers. There isn't a day you will spend at Informatica where you don't learn something new. The team and people you work with truly want you to succeed and everyone is your cheerleader. I've never been happier in a workplace to date, and I picked up my entire life to move to Austin and take on this position. I can honestly say it was one of the best choices I ever made for myself.

      Cons

      It gets a little cold in the building.

      Pros

      Informatica is a place full of energy. People are really helpful and management is strong and helpful. Company is undergoing a transformation but it is for good and the management is doing all it can to help the company and employee see through this transformation journey.

      Cons

      Employee training into new technology and existing ones needs to be more structured and strengthened.
