10yThank you for sharing your thoughts about Informatica. We agree that it can be a fun place, especially on Fridays. As for our structure, our goal is to grow from being $1B company into a $5B one. We are committed to meet that goal, and we have to have the infrastructure in place to ensure that our growth may be managed properly. If you have ideas on how we can do that without burdening our people with unnecessary bureaucracy, please share them! We still have an open door policy, and people often remark about how accessible our senior leaders are. Perhaps one of your ideas will give you that boost upwards!
