We regret that you have a negative view of your time with Informatica in Sales. As you know, the Company went through significant changes in 2015, some that specifically affected Sales. Those moves were designed to make Informatica more responsive to the market as well as more competitive. Compensation has been designed to attract and retain top talent (otherwise, we wouldn’t be as successful as we are), and the Company shortly will announce a revised plan to make Sales opportunities here even more appealing. Thank you for your review. We wholeheartedly agree that it is great people who make our Company a great place to work. As for our senior leadership's transparency during the privatization process, up until the day the deal was done we were a publicly-held enterprise, subject to complex and strict government regulations about what could and could not be said (in multiple countries, to boot). It was frustrating for our executives, and they admitted as much on the day the process concluded. They provided as much information as was permitted and have been communicating regularly since then, even though the reporting requirements for privately-held companies are much less stringent. We are committed to communicating as often as we can to our customers, partners and employees to keep all apprised of our progress on our journey to becoming one of the top enterprise software companies in the world.
