Flexible organization, doesn't micro-manage, lots of flexibility in roles, good products. The organization is in a good space for a software company, and it has a lot of growth potential

Cons

Internal systems need improving, some stronger integration between different business units would help in growing the scope of their opportunities in the data management space

Very competitive compensation, lots of opportunities for growth at all levels, recognition for work done and a management team that cares about each individual. Even though the company has been around for 20 years, it still has the spark and energy to excel!

Cons

Most challenges are related to growing pains of a company. As the company has evolved to have a portfolio of products, it hasn't really figured out how to organize it self effectively to continue the momentum and growth.

Informatica understands the value of data, and wants their customers to increase their return on the value of informaticion they have within their enterprise. Informatica also understands the value of their employees and makes avenues available for rewards, promotions, and self worth.

Cons

The only Cons within Informatica are the negatives you hold within yourself. You can make yourself visable, speak up, and ask questions where appropriate. Noone should ever feel that the company lacks anything from a simple business expense, to planning a meeting, to hosting a customer event. You can own it, share it, or ask others to help.
