Pros

Great Team and clear career path set in front of you. Management was definitely supportive during my short time there Only reason I left was that for personal reasons, I had to move temporarily back to Canada

Cons

Austin headquarters was not the most ideal location (far from downtown). If you're going to work in Texas than you're going to need a car.

The employees are great, the day-to-day life is very fun, yet incredible challenging, and there are plenty of opportunities for continuing education.

Cons

Office politics and a lack of leadership/direction by upper-level management and executives.
