Thank you for your review and your comments. To address some of your concerns: * We have instituted a quarterly review process to ensure more frequent and timely feedback from your manager. This started earlier this year, and initial feedback from employees has been very positive. If you believe you are still not getting sufficient feedback from your manager, feel free to discuss it with your manager or your local HR Business Partner. * Now that we area private company, you should have seen that very little has changed day-to-day. We are still focused on all things data and our goal is to "Put potential to work" - the potential embedded in our customers' data, as well as the potential in each of our employees. * We regularly monitor the marketplace to ensure that our compensation and benefits are competitive and attractive to top talent. Our bonus plan remains in effect and we paid 103% of plan in the most recent payout. * We have stated our goal to be as transparent as possible going forward as a private company. We are committed to periodic all-hands meetings to discuss our performance and our strategy and objectives going forward.
