Pros

Allowed employees to be independent with flexible hours and environment as long as work got done.

Cons

Change in the last couple of years caused tension and stress in the work environment with too many meetings. It's become difficult to get work done when spending too much time preparing mandatory presentations with little regard to the progress. Not all changes are good.
