Got left behind in the space, didn't latch on to trends, lacked new personalities, and ultimately taken over by suits and flipped.

Laid back environment (not too competitive or stressful), non-difficult tasks, weekly paychecks with bonuses during holidays and Sundays

Lack of communication from higher ups (managers, supervisors), training could be better

Management was always understanding about the need to take personal time off. There was a sense of camaraderie and an openness to try new things (at least with the people that I worked with).

Cons

Once ibi was acquired by another software company, everything changed (and not necessarily for the better).
