No long term career prospect if you are young and/or new to the company. 4) Nepotism. 5) Old school boys club style of management - if you are not part of the club, you could face discrimination, retaliation, bullying, sabotage. 6) No bonus or reward unless you are in the boys club. 7) No transparency in the management operations. 8) No functioning HR. 9) No energy nor excitement in the office. The bottom line, if you are an intelligent, innovative, effective young professional, there is no career growth.
