* Very supportive people * Many employees have 15-20 years with IBI * Company was diversifying technologically

Cons

* Core technology was becoming outdated; hard to change for compatibility reasons * NYC HQ is a long, tedious commute for those not living in the city (though some flexibility for remote work) * Lots of changes in management, technology, and processes as the company worked to reinvent itself
