Pros
Not many pros except you get to leverage some big clients Infortrend has worked with.
Cons
Not sure where to start but I just talked to someone recently who said little has changed. If you have other options for a sales role, DONT work here! There is basically no sales support. The engineers have no idea how to assist in sales with technical calls. The pay is terrible, they are very disorganized and Tony Chu the president has no idea how to train his employees. There was almost no training at all. Just go and sell! The environment is terrible and everyone quits or is pushed out soon after starting because Tony is nuts.
