      At least I got a regular pay check

      Cons

      They are unorganized and they seem to have a lot of internal turnover. Staff promises things and you have to beg them repeatedly to get them to do what they promised

      Pros

      As per the amount of work fair compensation. I had worked there for a small amount of time but comparatively good.

      Cons

      A lot of internal politics. Least chances of trainings or development internally. It would have been better if they use fair amount of role management.
