Pros

Work exposure you get as a engineer is good.Free time is more.work hours will be less.projects that you can handelled as engineer can improve your subject knowledge.

Cons

In bench people are more.if you are not getting project you have to be in bench.salary hike is less and the pay you get for your experience will be less as compared other companies.
