Helpful for freshers to understand corporate style of working, hand work, Well organised, women safety. Lot of talents available. Internal communications like employee engagement activities, refreshing events are very well organised.

Cons

Currently it is running down of its own standards, cost cutting giving bad impression on the organisation. Well organised goes on negative side, when you want to do something that you like might require lot of permissions and rules to cross.

Employee Engagement efforts are appreciable. lot of activities happens in SEZ like cultural activities. A very good place to have fun at work. Good opportunities for onsite.

Cons

Employee attrition rates are high. Salary package would be the main problem in IT sector that affecting Infosys as well. But recently few salary hike had happened.
