Internal learning site is hit or miss on if material is up to date. Pay raises guaranteed on hiring contract were hard to get Must find new project within time limit or be let go Support for finding project about as helpful as most job searches Despite reaching out to several people, I got little to no responses om prospects Had coworkers that were dropped after their 6 month project ended and they could find another. Had another who was there for 5 YEARS just get dropped like all his work was just for the company and not worth their time
