- WILDLY underpaid compared to market rate. - Zero promotion/raise potential for non-degree holders. - Learning system offers Infosys specific certifications that do nothing once you've separated from the company. - Certain courses are complete gibberish due to lack of localization. - Communication was a constant issue. It was common to not receive responses for weeks at a time in time critical situations despite multiple follow ups and escalations. - Management, including my direct manager may as well have been ghosts with how difficult it was to get a hold of them in any timely fashion.

poor HR , very poor salary ,the salary is gand to mouth , they were billing 100dollar / hour to the client still paying so low like 115 per anum. It is gard to live with that in Ma, NH. There was a layoff due to lack of projects- now there is no money to pay bills
