Once you get into a project its difficult to get out of the project even if you are not enjoying the work. You don't get choice where you want to work. It's completely who needs manpower to complete their project. No proper communication between employees and managers. They hesitate to listen what an employee expects. Zero employee satisfaction. They commit some benefits for your work and then for 1 or 2 years they won't give you those benefits even if you decide to leave the organisation. Last but not the least ofcourse. Its the hike that everyone is aware of! No good ratings by managers even if you work hard from initial phase of the project to the production deployment. Managers are never satisfied with what we deliver. This ultimately results in low hikes for years.
