Terrible equipment provided for developers to wear your cell phone has more computing power. Such a convoluted management structure that you don't know who your boss is most of the time. The internet so poor that you have to use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot in order to download any of the dependencies or packages you need or even use teams for mandatory meeting. Leadership lacks any cultural diversity. They force some of my co-workers to move in under a month across country to not have a project to be on to be laid off for not being on a project. They're approach for developers is hiring everyone, throw it at the wall and see what sticks, lay off everybody else.
