      Pros

      - It's one of the well organised company - There is a well defined process to execute end to end delivery - In my tenure with Infosys, I am blessed to work in challenging and rewarding opportunities - There is clear focus on technology and enablement. Many platforms, initiatives created to enable people to learn new things.

      Cons

      - With more stringent action on US visas, onsite aspiration may take longer than expected

      Pros

      Good traction of projects and clear project visibility. Infosys has a great portfolio of projects, at least in CIS stream which eases the worry of saying , What if the current projects over...!!!

      Cons

      No increase in Salary if you are onsite...!!!. Infosys should consider revisions of Salary for onsite resources as well. Recently, nice initiatives are being from Higher Managements.
