They aren't transparent with their plans for the future. Their systems are awful.

Terrible management, no leadership, very confusing onboarding and training process, poorly performing laptops, lack of communication, mediocre pay, the list goes on. As a Business Analyst, expect to be thrown into the fire by being put on a project with little to no preparation, and no formal introduction to the project team. Soon enough, you'll be getting demands from managers in the form of calls and texts at all hours of the day and night. It's in your best interest to follow their convoluted expectations or else you'll be put on the "Performance Improvement Plan" at the drop of a hat.
