      Pros

      a beautiful campus , good gym and food court facilities , chance to work with 'big' clients, excellent education and research department

      Cons

      either you should not bother at all about being recognized or you should be exceptionally good so that you get good appraisal review and get recognized and rewarded. Even if you are single-handedly doing work equivalent to that of 3 people, you will not get recognised unless you have made a good "impression" on "client".
