Pros

Good place to develop your overall personality. Good place for New-comers, specially the Infosys training @ Mysore. Good exposure, specially onsite opportunity, Client Interactivity, interpersonal interactions.

Cons

Senior Level Management Sucks, they are not at all competent enough. Compensation is not up-to the standards, specially their variable. Averagely, an employee will receive 50% of the Variable-Pay. So, at the time of deciding Salary-slab, please take care of Variable pay. Benefits and perks are not at all available, even the festival like Diwali, you will not receive anything. The company never think about the skills you have, the type of work you receive. HR is not typically their in the company, as it should be. They just there not to help employee, but to frustrate the employee by their non-productive policies. + 9.15 hours policy.

Pros

Infrastructure and campus are worth the feel. If not all but some are nice employees to work with. Works well on offshore model

Cons

Does no good if you are onsite. Appraisals and reviews are boring and have no relevance to the onsite work. Too much hierarchy that defeats the purpose of 'individual' contribution.
