      Very systematic and professional, Almost every facility provided in the office itself, Peer pressure is very very low

      Cons

      Low compensation, high variable pay component Management getting very egoistic day by day, Lack of transperancy

      Pros

      It was good initially to be a part of this organization. As a lateral, people are given good pay package and good role. Good if you don't want to stay in there for long.

      Cons

      Many of 'em 1. Bad HR policies (none of them favor the employee!) 2. Loyalty is not at all rewarded; people with less experience joining as a lateral have higher position and better pay than you.. 3. Annual compensation is as good as peanuts

      Pros

      “Free” trip to India for 6 months. When you are between projects (aka bench) and you are sitting at home watching TV/playing games, they will still pay you full salary. Also your bench time may last for a few months or in some cases for a year and half (best time ever)

      Cons

      Extremely difficult to get a project at/close to your preferred location Ridiculous performance measuring system Useless internal certifications Required 3 months’ notice for a vacation longer than 1 day And probably you will never get promoted or get a raise without arguing and threatening that you will quit
