      Pros

      1. Good balance between work and personal life. 2. Multiple Soft Benefits, facilities 3. Transparency 4. Good place to learn about Project Management skills but not R&D.

      Cons

      1. Mediocre middle management & lack of innovation. 2. Compensation 3. Business model does not create value. 4. Loss of identity in work due to treatment of people as resources for revenue generation. 5. Not good for a R&D career 6. Peer's are generally not the brightest.

      - The people are great and you can make lifelong friends at the company - The work atmosphere is very congenial and managers are very accessible.

      Cons

      - No real growth opportunities. - Totally skewed appraisal system. - Really bad HR policies

      Pros

      Few units/departments are really well, Better onsite opportunities. Employee friendly, and nothing much. Similar to usual IT company. Training offered to freshers is the best of everything.

      Cons

      Need to work on employee recognition in their talent and allocate properly. Poor salary structure. Too many policies in place and restriction. Only 20 leaves in a year, no sick leave, no work from home till 4-5 yrs exp.
