      1. Good name 2. Good campus 3. Very little or no work but salary is ensured

      Cons

      1. The coffee varieties in the cafetaria are very few. They should serve at least 4 varieties 2. The sambar in the lunch is tasteless. It should be spicy 3. Too far from the city but the buses are not good.

      The very reason of working for infosys is the amount of respect people look up to you.Its a known companies who respects and upheld value more than anything else.Nice campuses and work place to work for.Strong HR polices too makes one attracted to be associated with this organisation.Friendly atmosphere always boost ones morale to give their respective best.A college like atmosphere will helps to think freely and inovatively.The process of the company dealing with anything and everything will increase one's productivityand egerness to work.Traning programme which is the best part of infosys will keep everyone on tows .mandatory exams every year makes oneself agile and upfront in accepting the newer and better and advanced technologis.

      Cons

      Salary for the people who joined between 1-3 yrs is too less in compared with market rate. -Some time too many process inviolved too makes one boring -dresscode must not be compulsory -There is no concept for flexi time. -Vrey less number of holidays in a year -No holodays for health related problems. -Too crowdy to work -Have to stand in line for anything and everything -Too much rules to be followed -Little conservative in providing Internet access unless approved -Not flexible in changing the technology,place of work,type of work. -Very complex salary structure to understand -Too much pressure on some people while some are work less.
