- non-responsive management - restrictive and non-responsive IT ( despite being required for work I have been unable to install visual studio on my work issued laptop and have been using ny personal resources instead) - lack of communication from management about project timelines, training timelines, project clients, locations - until the last possible minute, often not until day-of and sometimes even hour-of an event - was hired for a commercial application development role, however I'm being trained on data warehousing, azure, and a variety of data science concepts and technologies... in short, not the wheeelhouse I signed on for, nor the wheelhouse I have experience in, nor the direction I want to take my career.
