Pros

I get a paycheck every 2 weeks and I WFH. Life could be worse.

Cons

No hike in pay. Latest SEC Quarterly Report posted an increase in profit however a 27.7% global attrition rate (about 68,000 left, some with 10+ years). In the Dec '21 SEC report, it was 27%, 18 months ago it was 14%. IMHO, this is due to 3 things: 1) bringing in new grads at a very low pay who will jump to a new company after a few months; 2) Infosys brings in developers from a school where tuition (~$35K) is waved if they'll work for 2 years at a low pay rate then they leave; 3) very poorly managed.
